AQUATIC WORKSHOPS

Pool Kickboxing Classics

Cardio - shallow: Updated Kickboxing Choreography

Heat up the pool with some cool moves designed to give your classes a fresh and hip feel! Creative kickboxing choreography combines with high energy rebounding drills for an explosive pool extravaganza that will appeal to anyone looking for a challenging and fun water workout.

Pool Muscle Mixers

Strength - shallow: Creative Buoyant & Drag Resisted Body Conditioning

Squat, lunge, push & pull in classic fashion and then presto make slight changes in body position, angles and tempo and experience an entirely new outcome. Take away several rhythmic muscle mixes for the pool, along with a creative approach to traditional buoyant and drag resisted exercises.

Cardio - shallow: Classic Choreography with Hi/lo Options

Interval - shallow: A Fusion Class that Combines Yoga, Strength & Cardio Drills

Discover how to create rhythmic and innovative muscle mixes using your own submerged resistance or by adding drag equipment. Explode out of isometric yoga-inspired poses into dynamic grounded movements designed to keep students moving powerfully, safely and with optimal flow!

Develop a better understanding of the latest myths, debates and trends as they relate to group and individual training in the pool.
