Strength:  Fluid Strength Combos (New in 2007) 

Take away several rhythmic strength combinations that can be used as optional activities after the cardio segment; or strung together as a muscle conditioning class. This pool workout utilizes noodles and foam hand bars and features creative resistance training, abs, Pilates-inspired moves and more!
